Ston Easton is a small village on the northern edge of Somerset. This website provides information about the village and its surrounding area, generally within the bounds of Ston Easton Civil Parish. The Parish also includes Clapton and part of Underhill Lane, part of Old Down, and part of Emborough.
Local events and news can also be found in the Parish Magazine - published by the local churches - which also includes Chewton Mendip and Litton.
Ston Easton has a parish church and a village hall, and alongside the hall is a playing field with a Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) and a children's playground. The MUGA caters for a variety sports but is most often set up as a tennis court. Along with the play area, it is separately managed by Get Active Ston Easton. There is also a luxury hotel, Ston Easton Park (currently closed).
The adjacent hamlet of Clapton also has a hall and a pub (currently closed).
Please note: all club and society meetings are currently suspended during the Covid-19 (Corona Virus) lock-down.
